My journey started with a simple wish: I wanted to feel more connected to my girls, have something to talk about at the dinner table and feel involved in their lives.
Although I loved the outdoors and camping, my partner was not keen. So, I took the girls on their first camping trip on my own, but that was more stressful than fun!
I got home and was totally exhausted, "There's got to be a better way." I thought.
That's when the idea for Dad's Camp hit me.
A group of dads, working together, spending a weekend camping with our kids. An exciting, fun adventure where kids have a blast, dads get to relax, and everyone makes amazing memories.
You see, I’ve worked out that camping isn't only about sleeping in tents and roasting marshmallows. It's also about bonding and shared experiences in a way that gives you and your kids something to talk about long before, and after, the campfire's out.

Cooking: This is a hugely social activity where the group will have the opportunity to cook together, allowing for great bonding time.
